Is there really no upfront build fee?
Yes. We spread the cost of the build across a 12-month minimum term instead of asking for a deposit. You pay your first month when the site goes live — not before.
It only works because we expect to keep looking after the site afterwards. That’s the trade: you skip the big bill, we earn it back over the year.
How long does it take to build?
A five-page site is usually live within two to three weeks of us getting your content. Larger sites and online shops take four to six weeks.
The honest bottleneck is nearly always content — photos, service descriptions, prices. If you’re short on those, we’ll write them for you on the Business plan and above.
Who owns the website?
You own your domain name and everything you give us — content, images, logo — from day one, and we’ll never hold your domain hostage.
The design and build stay with us while you’re on a monthly plan. That’s what lets us waive the upfront fee. After 12 months you can buy the site outright and take it wherever you like; just ask and we’ll quote you.
What happens if I want to leave?
After the 12-month minimum term the plan runs month to month with 30 days’ notice. No exit fee and no argument.
We’ll hand over your domain, your content and a full export of your site so you’re not stranded.
